I help marketing and sales leaders close the gap between strategic intent and what actually happens, through a process that builds real ownership in your team, not a deck handed down from the top.

My approach combines commercial logic with the behavioural side of change, because strategies don't fail on the spreadsheet, they fail in the room. I bring steadiness when things are chaotic, surface the hard choices leaders would otherwise keep circling, and say the uncomfortable truths others avoid.

Much of my work happens after the strategy deck is done, as a sparring partner preparing leaders for board conversations, stress-testing decisions, and staying honest about what's really moving versus what's just being reported.
